SAMPLES
Due to the amount of products we have on our databases, not all products are available as samples.
If the sample is not available in our Sydney warehouse we will endeavor to obtain the sample for you from our China suppliers, please allow time for delivery.
Sample costs and International freight charges may apply.
ARTWORK
Artwork that is submitted needs to be black & white vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves or paths. We can accept Adobe Illustrator, EPS or PDF files, in Windows format. When e-mailing artwork please include PO# and company name in the subject line of your e-mail. Artwork received without proper order information will be held in a temporary file until we receive further information and this could delay ETA of your order.
LEAD TIME
Lead time is calculated from sample approval. Custom orders or special colour request may require more time.
PRICING
Pricing may be subject to change without notice. Exchange rates, factory availability and season could affect price, as these changes occur regulary we will endeavour to keep the listed price.
If a price change occurs, a team member will notify you to discuss options.
